VISCOSITY
Viscosity refers to the degree of stickiness of the glue and not the
cohesive force. The products are measured at a specified temperature (175 ° C) using a Viscometer typically indicated by CPS (Centipoise).
The viscosity of the hotmelt adhesives directly affects the operability of the product. It decreases with increasing temperature. The product has been carefully designed to
achieve the viscosity that is suitable for adjustable coating temperature.
The product
is designed to achieve the viscosity for appropriate coating temperature
Viscosity
(about): 3500CPS

SOFTENING POINT
Softening point refers to the temperature when the resin just becomes
soft. It is a key parameter in the process of product storage, logistics and transport. Softening points are generally tested using the ring-and-ball method.
This
product has moderate hardness
Softening
point (about): 95℃
