PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Reinforcing with bonding steel plates is to adhere thin steel plates to stress points of a structure to improve the cross-section bending and tensile capacity. It is suitable for reinforcing concrete bending, large eccentric parts with high pressure and tension. The adhesive has excellent adhesion performance and mechanical properties for bonding steel plates firmly bond to concrete. It can effectively transfer the stress to improve the overall performance of components, improving the load-bearing capacity of the product. The product has following main characteristics:■ Specially formulated epoxy mastic, easy application and construction.
■ Good adhesion, low shrinkage, high toughness, anti-shock.

APPLICATIONS
CoolBond® EP-239 Epoxy is a two-component outdoor epoxy series product developed by Guangzhou The Bond Chemicals and Bonding Technology Australia (BTA). It has excellent outdoor weather resistance and acid and alkali resistance properties. EP-239 is an epoxy cement for various repair and bonding applications. It is non-flowing, easy-to-spread, suitable for a variety of engineering materials such as metal, concrete, stone, brick etc.. The product can be widely used in building construction repair and bonding. It can also be designed for functional pavement, repair and leveling of road surfaces.

APPLICATION GUIDE
1. Add product A to curing agent B into a container at a ratio 1:1 and mix thoroughly.
2. Clean the designated area thoroughly, removing the floating pulp skin, loose objects, dust, grease, etc..
3. Only apply to the dry and clean surfaces at temperature above 5 ℃;
4. The first three guns must be abandoned.
5. Do not spray water on the surface within 4 hours of application.
